DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Delivery

We currently deliver to all Emirates everyday. Hatta only on Sundays. 

We do not deliver to western regions and suburban areas. To confirm if we deliver to your area, email us at  hello@pikabakehouse.com before placing your order.

Orders are delivered between 3pm and 10pm on the date specified by you at checkout (except for Hatta orders, they will be delivered on the next Sunday from the order date regardless of the date selected at checkout.) While we do our best to meet delivery expectations, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If you require your order by a specific time, we recommend placing it for the day before.

​​Occasionally, due to reasons outside our control (such as courier delays, weather, or high order volume), your delivery date may need to change. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible and keep you updated on the new delivery timeline.

Need to reschedule your delivery date?

We’re happy to help, just contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Requests made after this window may not be guaranteed.

Important: Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the order will be cancelled without refund. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on your selected date.

Storage & Handling

Our frozen cookie dough should be stored in the freezer immediately until you're ready to bake.

Returns & Cancellation

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pikabakehouse.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please include your order number and pictures of the faulty product if applicable.

If you decide to cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email no later than 24h before delivery date. A refund will be processed to your original payment method. However, if your items are already handed to the courier and on their way to you at the time we receive the cancellation request email, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
